We know how important it is if you are letting your holiday home that presentation is all important. At Peace of Mind Gite Services we are committed to providing your guests with a caring and responsive service. We strive to improve your guest rating that gives repeat bookings and attracts new guests.

 Gite Preparation

First impressions of guests really does count and we focus on presenting your property to give great impressions. We can ensure that your property is presented to its full potential prior to arrival of guests we will:

  • Full clean of the property

  • Check inventory

  • Check all appliances, smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors

  • If you have a woodburner we can arrange wood is available for guests

  • Change all bed linen and towels at end of lets we can for a small fee launder all items

  • Provide guest welcome pack. 

 Guest Arrival and Scheduling

When you confirm a booking we can liaise with your guests on your behalf. Two weeks prior to arrival we will contact guests and confirm arrival times and arrange to greet them. We will also send detailed direction to the property. If breakage deposits are payable we can hold these on your behalf

Meet & Greet

On arrival of your guests we will be there to meet them and familiarise them with the property. Where necessary take them through operation of equipment/appliances. We will ensure that they know how to manage all aspects of your home. We can give guests an overview of the local area.

Guest Management

We understand how important it is to ensure that guests receive a high level service and any issue can be responded to quickly. Our experience in property management equips us to be able to deal with guest expectations, complaints and requests. It is important to have the peace of mind that guests are able to contact your representative and have a response to any issue. We provide guests with contact details and will respond quickly to requests.

Changeover and Cleaning

On guest departure we will inspect the property noting any breakages. If we hold a deposit this will be refunded less deductions if necessary.

To prepare for incoming guests we will thoroughly clean the property, changing bed linen and towels and prepare for new arrivals.

You will receive a report at the end of each letting.
